I am among the SOSPCO supporters who do not have access to Facebook, etc., and am dependent on this website to keep me up to date. The piece in this morning’s STrib, aside from depressing me, did not tell me enough. What is it that is holding up acceptance of the latest contract offer? This is all deeply alarming.
